Bainbridge Associates began in January 1996. The management of the company consists of two individuals, Ross and Bryan Bainbridge. The company is responsible for exclusive sales for confectionery and snack industry related process and forming equipment in the United States and Canada.

Ross Bainbridge, managing partner, began his confectionery and snack industry experience in the late 1960's, relating to connections with APV Baker (i.e. Werner Lehara / Baker Perkins). He was responsible for confectionery equipment sales from the early 1970's through the mid 1990's.

Ross Bainbridge has served on many National Confectioners Association committees, such as the All Candy Expo, Associate Advisory Board, and as the supplier representative on the NCA Board of Directors.

Bryan Bainbridge began his experience with the company in June 1997 after working in management at a local bank corporation.
